Built on the belief that a drink should mean something
DD S started with a simple frustration: why was it so hard to find a place in Fremont that took its drinks seriously? Not pretentiously. Not expensively. Just genuinely — with the same care you'd expect from a craftsperson who takes pride in their work.
We opened our doors on East Main Street with a menu that's short enough to master and a space that invites you to slow down. The coffee is sourced from roasters who treat the bean with respect. The spirits are selected for flavor, not shelf presence. And the room itself — that was designed for people who want to feel like they've arrived somewhere worth being.
It's not a trend. It's just a standard we decided to keep.
"The best places don't tell you they're different. They just are."
